The below terms are applicable to any person who uses this platform. Please Contact us if you have any questions!
- Each course needs to be completed within 6 months of the date of enrolment.
- Each qualification needs to be completed within 2 years of the date of enrolment of the first course that you enrolled for that qualification.
- If you do not complete the course within the required time, you will be un-enrolled from the course and will need to re-enroll again.
- If you fail a test in course you will fail the course need to re-enroll for it.
- FaithGI reserves the right expel any students
- Unfortunately we do not offer refunds once you enrolled for a course.
- FaithGI will keep your certificates and data for no less than 3 years during which you will be able to download digital copies from the site. Please ensure that you have all your certificates within 3 years of completing them.
- If you re-enroll for a course, all your existing data for that course will be wiped and you will start the course over.
- Distribution of any course materials and other materials on the FaithGI platform is prohibited.
